Video: Gov. Akpabio distributes 1 million each for Mr. Biggs

It is either the governor enjoys bad publicity or the state's account is full and probably running over. Well that running over part, we have no doubts, but 1 million each for Mr. Biggs???? Abeg, I can’t fit shout!  

If you’re among his band of advisers, I dey beg, call oga to order. It’s good to be generous but with public purse? Last I checked Akwa Ibom has the third highest poverty rate in the South south zone… and that is bad news….very very baaaaaaaaad.
