A 40-year-old, Lekan Saibu, is currently cooling his heels at the Ogun State Police command for allegedly paying two men N80, 000 to torture his own sisters for refusing to forfeit their inheritance. The two suspects who are also in police net eventually raped and robbed the two sisters aged 16 and 18 in Ijebu Ososa, Ogun State.
The State Police Command Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi paraded the suspects to journalists on Monday in Abeokuta.
Lekan who admitted to the crime said: “I just asked them (two other suspects) to threaten my sisters so that they can leave the properties to me; I never paid then to rape my sisters as they have done,”
The PPRO said the Lekan and the rapists, Jonathan Kaigbon and Gbenga Adekoya will be charged to court.
