Harrowing Video: Prisoners Tortured & Chewed By Dogs

Video has been leaked showing the torture of five escaped prisoners that happened last year. At the time, Fiji soldiers claimed that the prisoners were injured while resisting arrest, but the video clearly shows that they were tortured after capture; handcuffed, beating with rods, and even chewed by vicious dogs, a clear abuse of human rights.  

Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri said police in the Pacific island had ordered a thorough investigation into the circumstances of the incident.
